Tarnished Plaid Slip Dress - Red Tartan

A tartan slip dress with black lace trim and metal style graphics, because we wanted to clash punk and pretty in one piece.

The Tarnished takes a classic slip dress shape and runs it through a punk filter. Red tartan plaid covers the entire body, giving the piece a heritage textile base that immediately gets disrupted by a large gothic, metal style graphic printed across the chest in silvery grey tones.

Black lace trim lines the neckline, adding a delicate edge that softens the cut of the straight, low slung neckline. Thin spaghetti straps keep the top minimal and let the print do the work.

A subtle side slit sits at the hem, giving the dress movement and a bit of leg without changing the overall silhouette. The fit is relaxed through the body with a slight hourglass flare, sitting loose without losing its shape.
